I highly recommend Elizabeth's Flowers & Gifts in Jackson Ohio!! I remotely ordered a vased flower arrangement to be sent to an ill family friend. I had instructed them to leave the flowers at the door as my my friends mom was ill and probably wouldn't answer the door right away if at all. I had found out the delivery person for Elizabeth's Flowers decided they would try delivery again the next day due to it appears no one was home and temperatures were below freezing and would've killed the flower arrangement. They returned the next afternoon and with some notice, and the flowers were graciously accepted.
